Hi, I'm Jori!

I am the face behind Always Magnolia! I am a Wisconsin based event planner, coordinator, graphic designer and content creator.

My small business began in 2018, I was fresh out of college with a Bachelors in Graphic Arts. I ran as a freelance artist - designing logos, resumes, home decor and more!

I’ve always had a deep passion for organizing and planning and in 2020 in addition to my creative services I started to offer event services.

Since then I have gained many valuable connections with industry experts and vendors. I will work day and night to guarantee that your next event be filled with unforgettable moments and most importantly that it is stress free for you!

I use my creativity and years of experience to make your special day turn out exactly how you want it. Whether you’re planning a small elopement, destination wedding, big local wedding, birthday, bridal shower, baby shower, or something completely different, I’ll make sure every detail is taken care of.

Full Planning

Ideal for clients who have some ideas for their event, but need assistance finding the perfect vendors, keeping things on track, and stress free.

Partial Planning

Ideal for clients who have a lot of ideas for their event and have begun some booking, but need a helping hand booking remaining vendors, keeping things on track and making sure everything comes together nicely.

Coordinating

For clients who have the bulk of their planning completed and need assistance making sure everything is tied up nicely and that things run smoothly on the day of the event.

Graphic Design

This could be something you need for your event - signage, table cards, menus. Or it could be something totally different - a logo, a beautifully designed resume to make you stand out, or a fun design to decorate your home!

Content Creation

This is for clients who love ALL the

photo + video coverage possible.

Always Magnolia is NOT a professional photographer or videographer, content creation is meant to enhance coverage and capture a more "behind the scenes" very raw version of your event.

What if I don't need all the items listed in the package?

You are able to customize packages and add or remove line items in order to best fit your needs!

*Pricing listed is starting cost and does not account for extra items added or travel/accommodations

What are your travel fees?

Anything further than 1 hour from Sheboygan, Wisconsin will require travel fees, $1 per mile driven.

If an event is more than 1 hour travel and I am attending the rehearsal the night before the event I will require hotel accommodations. Same follows for if there is more than 2 hours travel for an event that will end at midnight. I will do all booking for my own accommodations.

All travel + hotel fees will be calculated and presented to the clients prior to signing a contract in order to be as transparent about pricing as possible.

Please note travel fees will also be required for any venue site visits if they are more than 1 hour travel from Sheboygan.

How do I book?

From there we will discuss your event + service needs + create a contract based on the services you are interested in, a deposit will be paid + a payment schedule put in place + then we will officially begin working together to make your event beautiful and stress free!

How far will you travel for events?

Generally I work events in the Northeast and Southeast area of Wisconsin, however I will travel anywhere!

When should I book?

My services can be booked at any time 1 year prior to the event, however the closer we get to your event the less likely I am to still be available. Especially in summer/fall my peak seasons, weekend dates book up very quickly.
